Strategic Round Details

Valuation of the round was at approx. 2.2M$ FDV, which was higher than the launching capitalization of around 900K$.

Vesting terms are as follows: 30% Initial Unlock, followed by 90 Days Linear Vesting. Sablier has been used as the vesting platform.

Most funds from the Strategic have fueled our liquidity pool - 30 ETH was initially paired with 15% Total Supply of $LOOP token.

Strategic round was conducted in order to secure key individuals that would be supporting Workloop in the long-term basis. Every individual is aligned with Frank's vision and what Workloop brings to the table.

Our goal is to balance early contributor access with responsible circulation and long-term value creation.
